Our Junior Squash Camp sessions deliver a variety of sporting activities in addition to squash coaching in groups and 1:1.
A brief warm up to start followed by some fitness work before we begin coaching squash drills and routines. Lunch is around 1pm normally in the park if the weather is fine. A game of rounders or football before returning to the squash courts to finish the training and some competitive games to round up the session for the day.
